Ladli foundation:

Ladli foundation is very unique in  taking the initiative for empowering the women and focuses  on providing proper rehabilitation and compensation to those who are forced to leave their  homeland due to development of factories, dams. 

Narmada Bachao Andolan:

 

In Narmada Bachao Andolan we have seen that  how the  tribals, landless people were forced to leave their homeland just because the government  wanted to construct dam and they were not provided with proper rehabilitation and compensation. 

Therefore whenever such incidents occur this Ladli Foundation helps them by providing them with proper food,drinking water, electricity and other social services.

Ladli Foundation is helping poor people in slum areas:

The condition of disadvantaged and poor people in slum and rural areas seem to be quite inured.

They don't have proper nourishing food to eat,no safe drinking water, no proper electricity and they are more prone to suffer from disease like malaria,dengue,typhoid. There is no school and proper health care facilities in slum areas.

In slum areas women are not allowed to go to school and are confined to perform household chores and taking care of their child.

Males in rural areas are allowed to migrate to industrialised states to earn better  wages. 

Even if women get similar work like men they are often exploited by giving them less wages as compared to men. 

Women are uneducated in rural areas so they are unaware about their economic, social, civil and cultural rights and the literacy rate of girls are very low .

Therefore I have seen that the Ladli foundation is determined to bring positive changes in the condition of people living in rural and slum areas. The Ladli Foundation is making huge effort in creating awareness for women for their rights and also trying to improve the living standards of people. Ladli foundation is working against the increasing atrocities against the women and making efforts to improve the well being and health of women. 

Ladli foundation is working at a global stage:

At the Global level the Ladli Foundation has tried to initiate a dialogue to recluse the patriarchal systems, inequity that has been existing In  India for a very long period of time.  Ladli Foundation is non profit  social organization and provide opportunities to people to work with them and learn new things on ground reality. Because of Ladli Foundation,  People are getting  motivated  to help the needy people and are gaining more experience in social works.

We have seen that due to this covid-19 pandemic we are facing  many  new challenges as million people have been hit hard and are struggling  to get basic necessities of life  like clothing, house, food. Ladli Foundation is helping the poor people by  improving their condition and uplifting  them out from poverty line  by  fulfilling their basic needs.
